What Can Limited Admins Do?


Users with the limited admin role have read-only access to all entities in the workspace by default - including sales incentive plans. However, you can hide plans (and their related calculationscredits, and rewards) from them.

You can also choose which limited admins have permissions to view and manage which plan (hidden or not). Limited admins who have been granted permission to manage one or more plans are shown as "plan admins" in the web interface.

The following table summarizes what limited admins can do:



(1) - Yes, if the limited admin has been granted explicit permission on the plan.
(2) - Salary information can never be viewed by limited admins.
(3) - Workspace security can be set to prevent limited admins from viewing transactions.
(4) - Workspace security can be set to prevent limited admins from viewing workspace settings.
(5) - Any system alert regarding a hidden plan the user has no access to, are hidden from them.
