What Is A Workspace?

A workspace is a secure container with all your participants, sales incentive plan configuration, sales transactions, reports, etc.

Good to know:

Each workspace contains all your configuration and settings
Most organizations will only use one single workspace
However, you can create more than one workspace if you prefer
You can add other administrators to help you manage incentive plans
You can choose who has access to which incentive plan

Each workspace is fully isolated from other workspaces. For example, if you create a plan in workspace A, then another workspace B will not contain this plan.

About Workspaces

Most organizations will only use one single workspace - but you may have more than one if you have multiple separate business units (or simply want to experiment).
