What Is A Plan?

What Is A Plan?

Plans are a set of sales performance goals, potential rewards, and terms & conditions for receiving those rewards. Use plans to define, manage, and implement your sales incentive program. Once ready, submit your plan for calculation.

Good to know:
  • You can choose each plan's period (ex: monthly, quarterly, one-time)
  • You can choose among different types of rewards (ex: prize, commission)
  • You can specify conditions associated with rewards (ex: quotas)
  • You can specify additional restrictions (ex: qualifying products)
  • You can assign rewards to individuals, but also to teams and managers
  • You can choose who has access to which incentive plan
