What Reports Are Available?


Sales Cookie offers different types of reports:
  • Payout reports
  • Credit reports
  • Attainment reports
  • Power BI reports

For each report, you can filter data:
  • By time period
  • By all plans vs. a specific plan
  • By all calculations vs. a specific calculation
  • By all credits / rewards vs. only released credits / rewards
  • Using Power BI, you can also filter data using any field
    • And even implement reports with drill-down capabilities

Payout reports
Those reports help you understand the cost of sales incentives. 

They include:
  • Payout / Beneficiary - this type of report shows monetary award totals per beneficiary
  • Payout / Reward Type - this type of report shows monetary award totals per type of reward
  • Payout / Plan - this type of report shows monetary award totals per plan
  • Payout / Time - this type of report shows monetary award totals per time period 

Credit reports
Those reports help you understand how transactions were credited to users or teams. 

They include:
  • Credit Value / User - this type of report shows credited transaction value totals per user
  • Credit Value / Team - this type of report shows credited transaction value totals per team
  • Credited Transactions / User - this type of report shows credited transaction counts per user
  • Credited Transactions / Team - this type of report shows credited transaction counts per team
  • Credit Value / Plan - this type of report shows credited transaction value totals per plan
  • Credit Value / Time - this type of report shows credited transaction value totals per time period
  • Credit Value / Product - this type of report shows credited transaction value totals per product
  • Credit Value / Customer - this type of report shows credited transaction value totals per customer

Attainment reports
Those reports help you visualize sales goal attainment.

They include:
  • Attained Difficulty / User - this type of report shows the highest attained difficulty per user
  • Attained Difficulty / Team - this type of report shows the highest attained difficulty per team
  • Attained Level / User - this type of report shows the highest attained level name per user
  • Attained Level / Team - this type of report shows the highest attained level name per team
  • Attained Value / User - this type of report shows the attainment value for the plan metric per user
  • Attained Value / Team - this type of report shows the attainment value for the plan metric per team
