What Is An Attainment Level?
When you create a sales incentive plan, you define one or more attainment levels.
Each attainment level is defined by the following: - A name which is automatically assigned (ex: "L1", "L2", etc.)
- A level of difficulty (ex: "Easy", "Difficult", etc.)
- An attainment threshold which depends on your selected measure
- Ex: revenue total must be >=$1000
- Ex: profit rank must be <= 3
- Ex: revenue growth must be >= 25%
- A set of associated rewards (ex: a prize, a % of revenue, etc.)
- A cumulative vs. non cumulative behavior (learn more)
