What Are Attainment Difficulties For?


When you define attainment levels for a given incentive plan, you can choose a difficulty level such as:
  • Trivial
  • Easy
  • Standard
  • Difficult
  • Outstanding

The benefit is that you can use this information in sales performance reporting. Difficulty can help you better visualize which users attained which sales incentive level.
