How Can I Re-Activate A User?
- Login to your workspace
- On the left pane, click on "Users > All Users"
- Search for the previously deactivated user you want to reactivate
- If you cannot find the user, it may be because deactivated users are hidden
- On the left pane, click on "Settings > Advanced"
- Uncheck "Hide Deactivated Users"
- Click on "Save"
- Click on the user row
- Click on the "Overview" tab (if needed)
- Click on "Activate"
- The user is activated

Billing
You will be charged for the user on the next invoice, if active when the next invoice is generated.
If you temporarily reactivate and then deactivate a user before the next invoice, you will not incur a charge.
This may be useful if an employee was terminated prematurely, but you still want to calculate commissions.
You also have the option to keep the user active but mark then as "Dashboard Disabled" for a reduced license fee.
