How Can I Minimize Billing Charges?

Nobody wants to be billed for no good reason.

Our billing is per user. It is designed to match usage, our own costs performing incentive calculations, and complexity associated with managing various records.

Here are our recommendations to avoid unnecessary charges:
  • Promptly deactivate users who are no longer working at your company.
  • Limit the number of users who are granted permission to manage sales incentive plans.
  • Do not enable users who are found in transactions, but should not receive any reward.
