Why Is A Plan Missing From My Personal Incentive Dashboard?


If a plan is missing from your incentive dashboard, the following may apply:
  • The plan no longer has an Active or Completed status
    • Edit the plan to review its status
  • You are no longer a beneficiary of the plan
    • Edit to the plan and navigate to the "Beneficiaries" tab
  • The plan has been deleted
    • All associated data has therefore been deleted
