Why Is A Plan Missing From My Personal Incentive Dashboard?
If a plan is missing from your incentive dashboard, the following may apply: - The plan no longer has an Active or Completed status
- Edit the plan to review its status
- You are no longer a beneficiary of the plan
- Edit to the plan and navigate to the "Beneficiaries" tab
- The plan has been deleted
- All associated data has therefore been deleted
