Whose Personal Incentive Dashboard Can I View?
When you browse to your personal incentive dashboard, the view is defaulted to you. However, if you have sufficient permissions, you can select another user.
The following users are shown: - If you are a full admin, you can view all users
- Otherwise, you can view the following users
- Users who are in your direct reporting hierarchy
- Refer to the "Direct Manager" field on user forms
- For example, if Alice reports to you, and Bob reports to Alice, then both users can be selected
- Users who are in your managed team hierarchy
- This, only if the team was configured with the "Managers Can View Team Member Rewards"
- For example, if you are the manager of team "West Coast" with Alice as a member, and this team has child team "Oregon" with Bob as a member, then both users can be selected
- Note that managers of teams are not included - only members of teams
