Our Work Process

Our Work Process

Standard Workflow
The following diagram explains how we work with you to automate your commissions.

Questions & Demos
You can book a demo directly on our web site.
Our team of commission experts will demo Sales Cookie and answer as many questions as possible.
Our goal is to understand your needs - current process, pain points, commission structure, etc.

Request For Information
We will ask you to document your plans using a standard intake form (online or offline).
Our intake form will capture all aspects of your incentive programs (key commission rules - but also exceptions & special cases).
We will ask you to provide some sample data, or allow us to connect to your systems (ex: such as QuickBooks, HubSpot, SalesForce, Stripe, Chargebee, Xero, Dynamics, etc.).

Proof-Of-Concept (POC)
Our team will work hard to configure a meaningful POC, using your own commission rules and data.
Please remember that POCs are directional. They are only intended to demo product capabilities.
Please do not match your payouts with our calculated ones. We do not expect them to match at this stage.

Sign Up & Refinements
If you like what you saw, we will ask you to subscribe for the first month only.
We will then roll-up our sleeves and implement all your plans.
If you have many plans, we will work incrementally (one plan at a time).
Your first plan configuration is free. For additional plans, we will give you a quote.

Audit & Train
We will ask you to audit our test calculations to make sure they are 100% correct.
This is an iterative process. We may have misunderstood something about your structure.
Or you may discover edge cases which require special handling.
Finally, we will train you on how to best use Sales Cookie (admin training).

Product Launch
At this stage, you can invite your payees to login.
This can be used as a final validation to ensure all payouts are correct.
We will provide training content (guides, videos) for your reps.

Plan Updates
After a while, you will want to update your plans.
Often, changes will be simple (ex: new quotas / rates) and we will do those free of charge.
For more complex changes (ex: plan redesign), we will give you a quote.
