How Can I Subscribe?


Each workspace (demo or production) includes a 14 day free trial, after which you must subscribe.

To subscribe:
  • Login to your workspace
  • On the left pane, click on "Settings > Billing"
  • Click on the "Settings" tab (if needed)
  • Click on "Subscribe"
  • If you have not yet provided a billing address, you will be asked to provide one
    1. Enter billing details
    2. Click on "Save"
    3. Wait for tax calculations to complete
    4. Click on "Subscribe" again
  • Otherwise, you will be prompted to provide a payment method
  • Your payment method will be charged immediately for the first month
  • Your first charge is based on the number of active users you have

    • Note that we recommend subscribing production workspaces as they do not have demo data you cannot delete (ex: demo users, audit logs, etc.). If you try to subscribe a demo workspace, you will be asked to confirm this was intended.
