What is the Billing Cycle Like?
There are no charges for trials. However, trials expire after 14 days.
If you upgrade to a paid plan, we count the number of active users every month, and charge your credit card every month, starting from and including your subscription date. For example, if you start your subscription on May 7th, we will calculate the number of active users on May 7th, June 7th, etc. - and charge your credit card accordingly. Active users are any users you have added which have not been deactivated.

Charge Date
We always attempt to charge your credit card every month starting from your subscription date. However, it is possible for actual charges to be delayed by a few days in case we run into payment issues such as your credit card getting blocked, etc. Also not all months have the same number of days, so the date at which you will be charged may vary by a few days.
