Can I Prepay To Avoid Monthly Statements / Invoices?


In some cases, you may want to setup a credit balance so that you don't have to deal with administrative tasks associated with monthly credit card charges (ex: printing invoices each month for your accounting department).

Your account can be configured to include a credit balance. We will then first draw from this credit balance when processing monthly charges. If the remaining credit balance is insufficient, we will charge your credit card the difference.

To provide a credit balance:
  • Make sure to subscribe your workspace
    • You will need to provide a credit card
    • Your credit card will be charged immediately for the first month of service
  • Contact our support team
    • Use your professional email address
    • Complete requested security checks
    • Let us know the amount you want a credit for
    • We will charge your credit card the requested amount
  • If the charge succeeds
    • A credit balance worth your requested amount will be established
    • Invoices will still be generated, but indicate that the due amount was deducted from your credit balance

Your remaining credit balance is available to you as a refund. Please contact our support team to request a refund.


No Interest
Please note that we will not pay any interest for any established credit balance.
