How Can I Set Per-User Quotas?

You can configure your incentive plans to use per-user quotas. This lets you re-use the same plan across many users, each user having a different attainment threshold.

To create an incentive plan with per-user quotas:

Edit your incentive plan
Click on the "Incentives" tab (if needed)
Select "As Percentages of a Per-User Quota" in the top dropdown
Specify a custom variable name (ex: "Quota1")
Save you plan

To set quotas on each user:

Edit each user
Click on the "Custom" tab
Specify the same custom variable name (ex: "Quota1") and a value

When you run a calculation for an incentive plan, the system will use the correct custom variable value depending on the credited user.

You can also bulk-set quotas for different users without having to manually edit each user:

Click on "Settings > Tools"
Click on "Use Tool" under "Set Bulk Quotas"
Enter users and their quotas
- To set a default value across all users, choose "Default"
Click on "Save"
