How Can I Export My Data?


You can export your data by going to different parts of the application:
  • Users
    • Go to Users > Overview 
    • Click on "Export All"
  • Custom Variables
    • Go to Settings > Tools
    • Select "Export Custom Variables" 
  • Plans
    • Go to Settings > Tools
    • Select "Export All Plans" 
  • Teams
    • Go to Settings > Tools > Bulk Edit Teams
    • Click on "Load Details"
  • Transactions
    • Go to Transactions > All Transactions
    • Click on "Reset View"
    • Click on "export matches"
      • To export more than the limits (10K records), you may need to page or use date ranges (or use the API as explained below)
  • Calculations
    • Go to Calculations > All Calculations
    • Open your calculation
    • Export credits and/or rewards
      • You can also use the "Payout Totals" under Calculations > All Calculations to export payouts with different grouping

Note: 100% of your data is available from BI tools (ex: Power BI, Excel, Tableau) or APIs.
