What Type Of Support Is Available For Unleashed?


Overview
By adding an Unleashed connection to your workspace, you can:
  • Automatically import Unleashed records (ex: invoices, sales orders, sales quotes, etc.) as transactions to your workspace
    • You will need to map fields the first time you import transactions
    • Unleashed records will be imported as transactions in your workspace
    • Newly created Unleashed records will be synched to your workspace
      • Modified Unleashed records will be updated in your workspace
      • Deletion of Unleashed records will not result in any deletion in your workspace

You can also choose to synchronize Unleashed line items instead of records. This is useful if you only pay commissions on specific line items.

Adding a Connection
To add a Unleashed connection:
  • Login to your workspace
  • Go to Settings > Connections
  • Click on Unleashed 


Get your API ID and Key from Unleashed:
  • Login to Unleashed
  • Make sure you are admin
  • Click on Integration (nav bar)
  • Click on Unleashed API Access
  • Copy your API ID and and key



In Sales Cookie, paste your API ID and Key:


Click on "Test" - you should see this message:



Adding Transactions
To add transactions from Unleashed records: 
  • Add a connection as explained above
  • Login to your workspace
  • Go to Transactions > Add Transactions
  • Click on Fetch Data for Unleashed



You will be asked which type of record to synchronize:



You will see a list of records within Unleashed and be asked to map fields.



Follow the add transaction wizard. You should see this message.
