Here are the list of supported field mappings when importing transactions.
Unique ID
A field with the unique ID of a transaction (ex: order ID, invoice code, etc.). We use this field to avoid importing duplicates.
Transaction Date
A field indicating when the transaction occurred. We use this field as a default to determine if a transaction is valid for a given incentive period.
Currency
A field containing the name (or symbol) of a currency (ex: USD). We may use this field to adjust amounts using currency exchange rates.
Customer
A field indicating the name, email, or ID of an account or contact. You will be able to use this field when specifying conditions / adjustments for your incentive plans.
Owner / Sold By
A field containing the name, email, or ID of a user who should receive credit for the transaction. We use this field s a default to credits users.
Territory or Team
A field containing the name or ID of a team / territory who should receive credit for the transaction. We use this field as a default to credit teams.
Product or Service
A field containing the name, SKU, or ID of a product or service. You will be able to use this field when specifying conditions / adjustments for your incentive plan.
Transaction Type
A field containing the type of transaction such as purchase, refund, etc. We may use this field to handle refunds, or if you want to use a score-based approach in your incentive plans.
Taxes
A field containing a tax amount or tax percentage. We may use this field to adjust amounts based on how you want to handle taxes.
Order Quantity / Units
A field containing a number or quantity of products. We may use this field to calculate a total sales amount (if your data does not already include a total).
Price / Unit
A field containing a per-unit price. We may use this field to calculate a total sales price (if your data does not already include a total).
Transaction Revenue
A field containing the total sales price (revenue) for the transaction. Make sure this is not a per-unit value, but rather the total revenue for the transaction.
Transaction Profit
A field containing the total profit (margin) for the transaction. Make sure this is NOT a revenue, but rather the total cash profit for the transaction.
Other - Do Not Import
This field should NOT be imported. It will not be available to define conditions / adjustments for your incentive plans.
Other - Import
A data field which does not match any of the other listed categories. You will be able to use this field when specifying conditions / adjustments for your incentive plans.
