How Can I Manage My Automated Transaction Imports?

This article applies to the following situation:
  • You have configured a connection from a system such as SalesForce, Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, QuickBooks, FTP, Stripe
  • You configured automated (recurring) imports of transactions from your connection
  • You want to know how to cancel or review synching status

Here are the steps to review sync status and cancel automated imports:
  • Login to your workspace 
  • On the left pane, click on "Transactions > All Transactions"
  • Click on the "Automated Imports" tab
  • Review sync dates
    • One date shows when our sync last ran
    • One date shows the timestamp of the most recent record change at the source
    • To cancel the automatic import, click on "Cancel"
