Which Types Of Legal Options Are Available For My Plans?


To legally protect your sales incentive plan:
  • Login to your workspace
  • On the left pane, click on "Plans > All Plans"
  • Search for your plan
  • Click on the plan row
  • Click on the "Legal" tab (if needed)
  • Configure legal options

Legal options allow you to:
  • Choose whether users must enroll or not
    • No Enrollment - Hide Plan Terms & Conditions
      • Users will not be presented with plan terms and conditions. Users are not required to enroll in order to participate. You can still use the legal editor to document your plan's terms and conditions.
    • No Enrollment - Show Plan Terms & Conditions
      • Users can see plan terms and conditions on their personal incentive dashboard. However, users are not required to formally enroll in order to participate.
    • Require Enrollment - Use Checkbox Acceptance
      • Users must accept plan terms and conditions on their personal incentive dashboard using a simple checkbox acknowledgment. If they fail to do so, their credits and rewards may not be released (we will warn you on release).
      • You can preview the enrollment form by clicking on "Preview Enrollment Form".
    • Require Enrollment - Use E-Signature Acceptance
      • Users must review and accept plan terms and conditions on their personal incentive dashboard using an e-signature. If they fail to do so, their credits and rewards may not be released (we will warn you on release).
      • You can preview the enrollment form by clicking on "Preview Enrollment Form".
  • Choose whether enrollment emails should be sent or not
    • This option is only available if you require enrollment
    • Let Users Enroll In Web Application
      • Users must login to their personal incentive dashboard to enroll.
    • Send Emails Requesting Enrollment
      • Users will be sent an enrollment request email (once) asking them to login to their personal incentive dashboard to enroll.
  • Configure a set of legal statements
