How Can I View Which Users Have Enrolled In My Plan?

Once you've configured a sales incentive plan to be legally protected, you can check the status of user enrollments using the following steps:
  • Login to your workspace
  • On the left pane, click on "Plans > All Plans"
  • Search for your plan
  • Click on the plan row
  • Click on the "Beneficiaries" tab (if needed)
  • The last column shows you the user's enrollment status:
    • No Enrollment Requested
      • You selected "No Enrollment - Hide Plan Terms & Conditions"
    • Terms Not Viewed
      • You selected "No Enrollment - Show Plan Terms & Conditions" but the user has not yet seen the plan's terms and conditions
    • Last Viewed Terms <Date>
      • You selected "No Enrollment - Show Plan Terms & Conditions", and the user has seen the plan's terms and conditions
    • Email Sent <Date>
      • You selected either "Require Enrollment - Use Checkbox Acceptance" or "Require Enrollment - Use E-Signature Acceptance", and an email has been sent to request enrollment (but the user has not yet enrolled)
    • Not Yet Enrolled
      • You selected either "Require Enrollment - Use Checkbox Acceptance" or "Require Enrollment - Use E-Signature Acceptance", but the user has not yet accepted the plan's terms and conditions (and no enrollment email was sent)
    • Enrolled <Date>
      • You selected either "Require Enrollment - Use Checkbox Acceptance" or "Require Enrollment - Use E-Signature Acceptance", and the user has accepted the plan's terms and conditions

If the last column shows "Enrolled <Date>", you can click on the button to review each user's enrollment acceptance. A new window is opened and shows:
  • The terms and conditions accepted by the user
  • The user's signature (if a signature was requested)
  • The acceptance client IP address
  • The acceptance time stamp
