When Should I Create a New Workspace?


You should create a new workspace when:
  • You are currently using a demo workspace and are ready to configure a production one
  • You have multiple business units, and want to isolate each business unit's sales incentive management from other ones
  • You want to run an experiment without affecting production workspaces

Note that billing is applied to each workspace. If a user belongs to two workspaces with a paid plan, you will be billed for two users (one for each workspace). Demo workspaces are free for 14 days.

Workspace Limits
Please keep in mind that there is a limit to how many workspaces you can create. Creating 10 workspaces is reasonable. Creating 100 isn't , and will result in your account getting locked.
