What If My Payment Method Fails?


It is common for payment methods to stop working - from expiring credit card to bank anti-fraud protection.

When a payment attempt fails, we automatically retry. If we're unable to charge your credit card, we will ask you to update your subscription's payment method. This can cause billing (every month starting from and including your subscription date) to be delayed.

Delinquent payments
If the situation is not corrected 7 days after its due date, it is our policy to suspend access. If the issue cannot be resolved 14 days after payment was due, your settings and data will be permanently deleted.
