Ask your Sales Cookie administrator to calculate commissions
Ask your Sales Cookie administrator to mark your plan(s) as active
For example, you are a Sales Cookie administrator and do not receive commissions
Your Payouts
For payees to see commissions on their incentive dashboard, your administrator must run calculations within Sales Cookie. Once calculations have completed, they need to be released (published) to payee incentive dashboards. Also, plans must be marked as active (not draft, paused, archived, etc.).
