What Is The Difference Between Release Credits and Release Rewards?


Both the release credits and release rewards actions publish calculations to payee incentive dashboards

Here is the difference:
  • Release credits shows amounts as pending. Typically, release credits is performed mid-period to allow your payees to review progress, without committing you to a final amount.
  • Release rewards shows amounts as due / paid. Typically, release rewards is performed when the period is closed and payment is due. We'll ask you for a payment date when releasing rewards.

Payees are NOT notified upon release, unless you choose to notify them.
