There Are No Active Plans Whose Potential Beneficiaries Include You


If you see this message, one of the following applies:
  • You haven't earned a commission yet
    • Please check again later
  • Your Sales Cookie administrator has not yet calculated commissions
    • Ask your Sales Cookie administrator to calculate commissions
  • Your Sales Cookie administrator has not yet activated your commission plan(s)
    • Ask your Sales Cookie administrator to mark your plan(s) as active
  • You are not yet enrolled in any commission plan
    • For example, you are a Sales Cookie administrator and do not receive commissions

Your Payouts
For payees to see commissions on their incentive dashboard, your administrator must run calculations within Sales Cookie. Once calculations have completed, they need to be released (published) to payee incentive dashboards. Also, plans must be marked as active (not draft, paused, archived, etc.).
