How Can I Only Process Certain Transactions For A Given Plan?


To ensure your sales incentive plan only uses specific transactions (not all transactions), you must first create a saved query:
  • Login to your workspace
  • On the left pane, click on "Transactions > All Transactions"
  • Search for transactions (more details)
  • Click on "Save Query" in the top right corner
  • Provide a name for the saved query
  • Type "Enter"
  • Your saved query will be saved for reuse

Once you have created your saved query, you can apply it to your plan:
  • Login to your workspace
  • On the left pane, click on "Plans > All Plans"
  • Search for the plan
  • Click on the plan row
  • Click on the "Limits" tab (if needed)
  • Specify your saved query under "Filter Transactions Using"
  • Click on "Save"

When you submit your plan for calculation, only matching transactions will be processed.
