Who Is The Sender Of User Invites Emails?

When adding users, we use the following to send invitation emails:
  • The sender's email is info@salescookie.com
  • The sender's display name is set to your own user name
  • The reply-to address is your email address

Using your own name as a display name is not an abuse of email protocols. This is intended to clarify where emails came from while allowing you to manage email responses.

If you do not want us to use your name as a display name, you can use this option under Settings > Security.
In this case, the sender's display name will be set to "Sales Cookie" instead of your name.
