Can Users Have Different Currencies?

Sales Cookie in designed to handle currencies in every aspect of your sales incentive program - including the ability to assign rewards to users using different currencies. To learn more about currency conversion, click here. To learn more about currency settings, click here.

Here are the steps to configure a user's currency:

Login to your workspace
On the left pane, click on "Users > All Users"
Search for the user you want to edit
Click on the user row
Click on the "Overview" tab (if needed)
Select a new value for the "Currency" dropdown
Click "Save"

All rewards generated by subsequent calculations will automatically be converted to the user's currency.

Future Calculations Only

Changing this setting does not affect past calculation results / rewards - only future ones.
