This article provides an overview of Sales Cookie AI's implementation and capabilities.

Which AI components are available?
The AI Everywhere feature includes four components:
  1. AI Plan Creation
    1. Easily create commission plans. The AI assistant analyzes your users, teams, and transaction data to make recommendations.  
  2. AI Assistant for Payees and Managers
    1. Answer questions from payees 24/7 in any language. Explain commission rules, analyze payouts, and reduce disputes.
  3. AI Assistant for Admins
    1. Build any report on demand. Find anomalies in payouts. Automatically enter quotas. Make manual adjustments.
  4. AI Commission Logic Editor
    1. Simply describe commission rules to automatically generate complex logic or add exceptions.



What are some examples of AI prompts I can use?
Here are sample prompts to illustrate what you can do:
  1. AI Assistant For Payees and Managers
    1. Can you explain my commission statement in detail?

What does the AI know about my commissions?
The Sales Cookie AI knows everything about your commissions:
  1. Historical payouts (at the transaction level)
  2. Plan logic and structure (commission rules)
  3. Inputs such as quotas or rates
  4. Team and user hierarchy
  5. User permissions and access
  6. Active disputes and responses
  7. Payee dashboard settings
  8. How transaction data is mapped
  9. Knowledge of over 450 KB articles
  10. And more...
This is implemented using a wide array of specialized AI tools.


How is access to relevant information restricted?
The Sales Cookie AI can only access what logged-in users can access via the interface. For example, a payee can only access their own statements and payouts, but no transaction details or payouts from other users. A sales manager can only access statements and payouts from members of their team. At the deepest layers of our object model, security automatically injects SQL conditions, making it impossible for a user to access information from other users. The same secure object model drives all access across the application (web interface, reports, etc.).  


How is my information processed?
Microsoft provides clear contractual and technical commitments for Azure Direct Models (the models hosted directly by Microsoft in Foundry). Your prompts (inputs), completions (outputs), embeddings, and training data:
  1. Are NOT available to other customers
  2. Are NOT available to OpenAI or other model providers (Anthropic, Meta, Mistral, etc.)
  3. Are NOT used by model providers to improve their models or services
  4. Are NOT used to train foundation models 
Data processing occurs in US data centers with the following:
  1. Encryption at rest (AES-256)
  2. Content Safety filters, PII detection/redaction, and prompt injection protection
  3. Full Azure compliance portfolio (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
  4. Integration with Azure Purview, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Azure Policy
