  • Initial plan configuration (within limits)
  • Understanding or using application features
  • Explaining how incentive calculations were performed
  • Providing assistance with billing issues

Besides those services, you may be asked to authorize 
billable service hours for manual data entry, additional plan configuration, custom reports, or advanced troubleshooting. Please refer to our list of professional services. Our pricing is completely transparent and we will not perform any billable work without prior authorization.
