Applicability
This error applies to the following situation:
- You are importing transactions
- You do not have any field mapped to category "Owner / Sold By"
- You do not have any field mapped to category "Territory or Team"
Impact
This error prevents you from importing transactions.
Explanations
Without at least one field mapped to one of those categories, it is not possible to credit transactions to users, nor teams / territories.
Resolution
To fix this issue, you must either:
- Map one of your existing fields to a "Owner / Sold By" or "Territory or Team" category
- Add more fields to your transaction, and map them to a "Owner / Sold By" or "Territory or Team" category
