Transaction Import URL Advanced Options
The following advanced options can be used to control transaction sampling / mapping:
- Browse to Transactions > Add Transactions
- Edit the URL
- Append options to the URL as query string parameters
- Reload the page with the updated URL
?sampleCount=<count>
Take samples up to the specified count instead of the default count (200-1000 depending on the data source).
This can be useful if a field is not set frequently, and additional samples are required to discover it.
?thresholdDate=<YYYY-MM-DD>
Take samples modified after this date instead of the default (last 3 months for sampling).
This can be useful if you want to sample either older data, or only more recent data.
Do not confuse with the threshold date chosen when adding transactions (which is the starting point for actual synchronization).
?keep=1
If new fields are discovered in sampling, map them to the "Do not import" category.
This can be useful if a data source has many custom fields and many new ones are routinely discovered.
Additional advanced options, such as the ability to rename fields, can be found
here.
