Why Should I Add A Connection?


Adding a connection can help you fully automate or streamline the following:
  • Adding Users
    • When you add users to Sales Cookie, you can select a connection, and we will fetch users from your source system (ex: SalesForce). You can also use this feature incrementally to find which users have been added to your source system (ex: SalesForce), but are not in Sales Cookie.
  • Adding Transactions 
    • When you add transactions to Sales Cookie, you can select a connection, and we will fetch transactions from your source system (ex: SalesForce). You can also use this feature in a recurring way, to automatically import new or changed transactions from your source system.
