Why Do I Get "403 - Access Forbidden" When Logging In?
Applicability
This error applies to the following situation:
- You are trying to log in or sign up
- You received the following error
Impact
This error prevents you from logging in or creating an account.
Explanations
This error indicates that either a/ your account has been blocked for security reasons or b/ you are trying to log in concurrently using multiple accounts or c/ you changed a previously authenticated social account's email.
For example, this may apply if you are trying to log in as user1@example.com in one browser window, but also trying to log in as user2@example.com in another browser window.
Resolution
To fix this issue:
- Close all browser windows & tabs
- Open a single browser window
- Log in / sign up as needed
- If this does not resolve the issue, contact us
