How Do I Record Professional Services?


This KB only applies to authorized Sales Cookie operators.

To record delivered professional services, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Debug > Impersonate
    1. Login to the customer's account
  2. Go to Debug > Log Service
  3. Complete the form
    1. Service Type = type of service delivered
    2. Title = overall summary of service (visible to customers)
    3. Description = use dashes with space
    4. Hours spent = time spent in 0.5 hour increments
  4. Click on Log Hours
