How Can I Survey My Sales Force?


To survey your sales force:
  1. Login to your workspace
  2. On the left pane, click on "Reports > Get Report"
  3. Click on "Rep Surveys"
  4. Click on "Ask Question"



Different question formats are available:
  1. Rate Statement
    1. Respondents can choose a rating from 1 to 5
  2. Choose One Answer
    1. Respondents can click on a single choice
  3. Choose One Or More Answers
    1. Respondents can select multiple choices
  4. Open Response
    1. Respondents can provide a text-based response



How it works:
  1. Questions will appear on incentive dashboards
  2. Only 1 question will be asked at any given time
  3. No emails will be sent to potential respondent



To check survey responses:
  1. Login to your workspace
  2. On the left pane, click on "Reports > Get Report"
  3. Click on "Rep Surveys"
  4. Scroll down to view answers
    1. Note: respondent names are not provided, but you can specify targets when configuring a survey question
