How Can I Change My Account's Email Address?
We do not support email addresses changes via self-service for the following reasons:
- To prevent possible abuse related to changing one's email address
- To prevent employees leaving their organization from taking confidential data with them
To work around this limitation, you can register a new email address, and add a user matching your new email address.
If this solution does not work for you (ex: you already have data under your user account), our support team can change your email for you.
