How Can I Bulk-Export Payouts For Payroll?


You can always retrieve payout data using the OData API (programmatically - or using BI tools such as Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI). This lets you retrieve payouts, payees, plans, calculations, etc.

Here are the steps to multi-select export payouts for payroll purposes:
  • Select "Calculations > All Calculations"
  • Click on "Payout Totals"



A page allows you to first select relevant calculations, and then group payouts different ways. 



Grouping Payouts
Here are some of the available grouping options:
  • Payouts By Payee
    • Simply groups payouts by payee
  • Payout By Payee And Plan
    • Groups payouts by payee, and by plan
  • Payout By Payee And Calculation
    • Groups payouts by payee, and by individual calculation

Selecting Relevant Calculations
Here are some of the available selection options:
  • End Date (recommended)
    • Calculations whose end date is within the selected period will be selected
  • Release Date
    • Eligible calculations whose reward release date is within the selected period will be selected
    • Calculation which are NOT fully released will be ignored
    • Although some rewards may have been adjusted to have a different release dates, the calculation's main release is what is used to export payouts

You can retrieve more details using reports, or by exporting data from your calculation.
