Are Mobile Devices Supported?
Sales Cookie is a responsive web application. We've optimized rendering for different devices, including cell phones, tables, laptops, and desktop screen sizes. The web interface dynamically detects and adapts to your current window's size.
For example, depending on your screen size, we:
- Reduce the top bar's width
- Collapse the left menu bar
- Hide the branding logo
- Hide the right pane
- Etc.
However, it is not possible to optimize the experience for every possible screen resolution. There are certain "threshold" resolutions where scrolling may be necessary.
The following have been optimized in particular for small mobile devices, and are therefore fully supported across all mobile devices:
- Any page shown to users with the participant role only
- Personal incentive dashboard
- Account management
- Etc.
For other web pages, the rendering is done on a best effort basis as incentive management capabilities are best viewed using larger screen resolutions.
